Alcoholic energy drink maker Four Loko sued by family of dead student

FRESNO, Calif. – The family of Rod Fiorini, a Fresno Pacific University student killed in a police shooting last year, is suing the makers of the alcoholic energy drink Four Loko.

Brett and Pam Fiorini, who live in Bakersfield, Calif., are seeking damages for the wrongful death of their son. The lawsuit was filed this week in Fresno County Superior Court by Fresno, Calif., attorney Bill Schmidt.
