Settlement reached in sexual harassment suit involving nightclub operator

By Steve Green (contact) Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 | 9:40 a.m. A settlement has been reached in a sexual harassment lawsuit against the N9NE Group at the Palms hotel-casino in Las Vegas, restaurateur Michael Morton and other officials who used to run the N9NE Group. Leslie Culler filed the suit in December in U.S. District Court for Nevada, charging she was wrongly fired as art director of the N9NE Group after complaining about the advances of male executives.
